The Noir Flat White
Two ristretto shots, micro-foamed Jersey milk, served in matte obsidian ceramic.

A flagship coffee house devoted to single-origin craft, slow service, and the architecture of a single perfect cup.

The Identity
Maison Noir is built on a single conviction — that a cup of coffee deserves the same reverence as a tasting menu. Beans are sourced from named farms, roasted in micro-batches, and served by hand on calacatta marble. No queues. No noise. Only the ritual.

Never by the litre

"From the cherry, to the cup,
nothing rushed."
The Ambience
Deep emerald walls. Tufted oxblood leather. A single brass pendant over every table. The flagship was conceived with hotelier Maxime Béres as a counterpoint to the modern café — somewhere conversation lingers and phones rest face-down.
